This project is a final project for the MOME 309. For this assignment, students were assigned to explore a subject that translates into 3 themes. My theme was the most important animal in Kazakh culture: the horse. As a Kazakh-born, the goal of this project was to explain my culture to an audience using motion design and graphic elements. 

 

The objective of this project is to explore why the horse is important in Kazakh culture - historically, culturally and mythologically. Each style frame displays an element that is relative to Kazakh culture, such as traditional jewelry and clothing, historical photographs, and traditional ornaments. As an animator of this project, I was responsible for concept creation, editing, developing graphic elements, and using my voice for narration.
